Explaination of site: OUTBREAK is a Naruto RPG that was made in interest for those Naruto RPers who want to be in an environment away from all the chaotic hassle new RPers cause on lower leveled sites. It’s a community filled with skillful RPers who do posts over 400 words, and make prolonged elaborate bios for characters. The admins on OUTBREAK have all had previous site ownership experience, and all the past sites owned by ZODIAC, Shiro, and Jacky have been successful and are still active. The site is not a dictatorship with admins who misuse their powers, though the site is strict about the skill of the members that join. The site was created on December 5, 2007.
A feature on OUTBREAK that differs from many Naruto RPG sites is that all the canons that died off in the manga and anime have been kept around and are playable. OC characters can be made and have relations to Canon characters, within reason. We do not have a plot for members to follow. Instead we encourage members to create their own plots to interact with each others. The site is easy to navigate around, and OUTBREAK will always have professional graphics to make it look appealing. We are a fun community and like to goof off just as much as being mature and reasonable. We look forward to seeing you on OUTBREAK.
