[roen]

While they were talking roen was looking out at the waves really only listening to their names. Once akira stopped talking Roen turned to the other people and said, "Helo everybody my name is Roen Silvera. I'm a half hearted person. That means I can transform randomly between my nobody form and my human form." While he was saying this his eyes flashed crimson red and his hair turned blonde. "And here's what I meant by that." roen said when he noticed the change.

[Riku]

As Riku stressed his brain o f the riddle the darkness had said to him. He heard a faint voice from Sora “the heart” he said but Riku lifted his arm to cove his eyes as he tried to keep on thinking about what has happen ……….a few moments later a flash of an old memory hit him….a flash of the doorway that was sealed by Sora with would be about over a 100 years ago………….”no it cant be”


As Riku was about to standup he looked over to the direction of the cave and doorway. As a long shadow as now taken over him blocking out the sun from hitting him. Riku got a dark strange feeling coming from deep within himself……”it’s time” the darkness whispered to him. “Now turn around……do it now!”……………….Riku placed his hand back on him knees pushing himself up as he turned around.

As Riku swung around to face this person that had made the new shadow over him and what the darkness in he had told to do…………Riku turned fully around looking at this boy”no……….why…….its him…..the one the darkness showed me ……y is he here?” he said as he dropped his head when he looked back up he stared in to this boy eyes and the memories of the past years just flowed into him…for unknown reason.

After a moment Riku’s felt a little heavy as he looked down to see y he noticed that the way of the dawn had summoned it’s self to his right hand…”what…why is that here” he thought as his arm slowly rose being tugged but the keyblade towards this boy…..as the keyblade was about chest height Riku called out the boys name Lucian as he looked back up seeing this dark shadow aura forming around Lucian starting to cover everything outwards from him.

[Lucian]

Lucian’s eyes just kept getting bigger and as he watched the boy stand up and turn around his mouth fell open. Melanie went to hug Lucian to try and calm him down but she couldn’t it felt like something was holding her back, and when she looked down she noticed the shadow at her feet was coming to life and was wrapped around her ankle and holding her back. Lucian then started to let his anger show, and the anger began to show on his facial features. Then his eyes began to cover with a black substance that started on the bottom of his eyes and then moved up them till they were both jet black. Then moments later his shadow started to look like it was flowing over itself and was coming to life, as lots of little black tentacles of shadow, only a few inches high, started flailing about.

Then other people’s shadows started to follow just like Lucian’s, flowing over themselves, with little tentacles and moving on their own. Lucian continued to stand there rage welling up in him, he then balled both his fist. Moments later he saw at a blade of some sort appeared in Riku’s hand and then he saw his arm come up to chest height and it was as if Riku was holding it out to him. However, Lucian didn’t care about that, he then lifted his right arm straight out and pointed his finger at Riku “YOU!!!.... I HATE YOU!!! ………….WHY?!?! WHY THE HELL ARE YOU HERE?!?! ISN’T BAD ENOUGH THAT I CANT BE MY OWN PERSON?!?! BUT AT LEAST I COULD DEAL WITH KNOWING I NEVER HAD TO SEE YOU!!!!” Lucian’s shadow started to twist and distort as it started to move up and wrap around his legs, covering them all the way up to his mid calves.

Akira's gaze quickly looked down as she felt a shadow trying to grab her. She jumped away from it, but when she landed, it followed her. Smirking, she drew out her black Senbon, back flipping. While upside down, she threw the needles at the shadow. The shadow screamed loudly. It hurt Akira's ears but she continued to throw more until the shadow seemed to bubble away. She landed atop the palm tree, for once gracefully too. She looked down at Riku and the others to see if they were alright.....

[sora]

'Who is this...'

Sora's eyes darted from side to side. What was happening. He looked to his shadow. What was it doing? Small tendrils were moving around from it. And there were keyblades. Riku's suddenly appearing as well as another who seemed to be accusing him of something. On instinct Sora brought his arm to its side and revealed his own keyblade. His keyblade being that of light, seemed to stop the shadow tendrils in his shadow, but it limited it to that.

Standing ready next to his friend, he listened to the ramblings of the boy. 'Whatdoes he mean he can't be his own person... who the hell was he?' Having no idea what he was capable of Sora watched on and waited for something to happen.

[Cloud Strife]

Cloud had just stepped unto the dock, when, at a glance, he noticed a group of people in the distance. After thanking the boat owner for the ride, he walked down the dock, and jumped off, unto the sand. He then set off across the beach. Halfway across, however, is when he noticed them. The shadows. The shadows caused Cloud the run the rest of the way to the group. After coming to a skidding halt, by Akira, he shouted, "Lucian, you are who you want to be!"

Akira jumped slightly as another person skid past her, yelling to...Lucian? While she was destracted, her shadow came back and cut a few cuts in her lower legs as she then took yellow Senbon out and stabbed it into the ground were the shadow was. That would keep the shadow in place. She winced as she moved her right leg, some blood slowly and lazily flowing out. She didn't really care. Akira had gotten worse wounds.

Akira quickly looked up at the person that had almost run over her. Next, she looked over to Lucain and Riku, shifted gazes between them.

Roen's eyes and hair flashed normal when he felt that a shadow was trying to climb up his leg. He then noticed Sora summon his keyblade to stop the shadow on him. He thought he should do ths as well so he held out his right hand and the major melody keyblade appeared in his right hand which stopped the shadow from climbing up his leg. Once that was over with Roen then looked to Lucian and said, "Dude get a hold of yourself. There's a shadow like halfway up your leg."

[Riku]

As the way of the dawn that was still at chest height was still tugging at his arm Riku’s towards Lucian…..as he shadow has started to come up and to himself he took his keyblade and stabbed into his shadow on the ground as the light given off his keyblade…….”now Lucian let start this” he said and smiled as he brought his sword back up to Lucians face then he twisted his body and took his kewblade to his side as he wanted for Lucian to make a move

[Lucian]

Lucian wasn’t even affected by any of the other people or what they were saying at this point, his rage was so overwhelming and devouring that the darkness what all he could see, hear, think about. Lucian just looked in the direction of Riku, but by this time the rage, and darkness was so strong that he didn’t even see riku anymore, all he saw was the darkness taking him over. Lucian brought his arm down from pointing at Riku, and he brought both arms out just a little bit away from his body, his hand opens and fingers half closed, his palms aimed up. Lucian just opened his mouth and started screaming, in an almost growl “RAGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” As Lucian yelled every shadow in the area began going crazy. The shadows started moving on their own and distorting. The little tentacles became bigger and every shadow now had tons of small tentacles flailing about, each one was about a foot long and like two inches thick and flailing all around. Some of them even seemed to flail as if they were trying to get to Lucian. Lucian’s shadow started to rise from the ground wrapping more of itself around his legs, almost to his knees by this time. His shadow even started to grow in size and the tentacles were larger as well, and flailing more violently then anyone else’s.

Melanie looked on in horror as Lucian was becoming truly lost in his darkness and there was nothing she could do. In the first few moments she was freaked out to see his darkness manifest into real powers, but then that feeling resided quickly and replaced with sadness. Moments later tears started to roll down her checks as she started crying “Ohhh GOD!!! Please stop Lucian!! PLEASE!!!....I LOVE YOU!!!...” and she then fell to her knees and then slumped over so she was kind of sitting almost. Her legs had given out and she was crying uncontrollably, and she had become weak as she continued almost in a whisper now “please… don’t… I love…….y..o..u.. don’t……” As she just looked up at his face and cried.

Lucian Just yelled again “RAGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!” Then just a moment later he fell to his knees. He then started to yell it even louder and started to flail his arms up and down a little “RRRRAAAAGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!" Then out of nowhere some of the tentacles seemed to shoot up and wrap around different places on both arms, as if they were tryng to bring him down into the darkness that had now surrounded the area around him. Moments later a small ball of shadow could be seen coming out of his chest, it looked like only half a ball though, as if the other half was still inside of him and it was growing, slowly growing. Then more tentacles shot up and one wrapped around his right shoulder and the other around his waist. Every time he yelled again it almost looked like the shadows would ripple and be affected, but they continued to act on their own. He yelled again “RRAAGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!” as more shadow tentacles started to flail behind him.

[Xyro]

At the moment of all this conundrum, let us pull back for ahhh...just a minute. Because at the moment, there was at least one more arrival in town. Well...on the island, anyway. Before the shadowy tendrils manifested, before Lucian even came...there was a black coat aboard. He'd simply just appeared in the middle of the island, among the trees, literally out of nowhere from a gout of darkness. The dark portal had vanished like a fog to reveal his form, wearing a hooded black coat much like the Organization members, though some of his under-attire was not as evil-black. He looked like a Nobody exercising his right of Casual Friday, wearing black jeans and a maroon-colored hooded sweatshirt, though you couldn't see the hood for that. He was currently under his coat-hood for now, those a pair of red eyes lit up when he heard someone shouting...

"RIKU!!!"

"Huh?"

And that's when he felt the presence of darkness nearby, coming from the source of the yell. Curious, he moved towards it through the brush of the island paradise. This was...ah whoa. That feeling of darkness was right there on the beach, centered around one particular boy. And there were...others here. Wait, hang on a minute. Wasn't there tell of...some group of heroes, one of 'em named Riku? This drew some confusion from the black coat, as he looked onto the scene.

"I'm seeing...double. Wicked."

He witnessed the boy shouting at what was probably the genuine Riku while some sort of weird darkness started welling up from his shadow, and noticed everybody else there as well. One of them felt...sort of like a Nobody, while he couldn't help but notice how Sora-like Sora was. He watched all this from the edge of the brush while things began to unfold. One should note that none of this seemed to phase him, for he was indeed a Nobody himself.

"Hmmm."

He pulled out a smallish book now and wrote in it.

"'Dear...Diary. Today, I found that...I was going slowly...crazy. There definitely can't be...two of the same guy with...the same power. Weather..."

He looked up, then continued writing.

"...continues fine. Also...when exactly did you appear...in my inventory? Yours Confusingly...Xyro."

That being done, it was time to get underway. This event did not really affect him in so much as a flicker of emotion, but there were things to be done with this. For instance, while he had been writing stuff down, there had been a few shadow tendrils gripping his legs from the darkness of his own shade. He glared down at it, his red eyes giving off a slight glow that was visible under his hood again.

"Get off."

SLICE!! Xyro's hand suddenly held a jagged scimitar that had appeared from nowhere, and he had swung it across the tendrils to cut them away. The sword was...some kind of demon blade of fire, manifested at will for being its master. He soon made it vanish as he too vanished...to abruptly appear among the crowd with the shadowy tendrils attacking them. He was off to the side of Riku and Lucian's encounter and removed from them by several feet (Minimum safe distance by his account.), facing the audience as the Twilight Zone theme could be faintly heard in the background.

"Picture if you will, a mind tormented by darkness. He finds himself confronted by his double and, in that moment, calls forth terrors from beyond. Soon, though, he will realize that what he has really called upon is not the darkness, but the Twilight Z- I said, get off!"

The music abruptly ends with a record-scratch as Xyro pulls his leg away from another shadow tendril. His fire-sword, Yazgrathe, was manifested again as he stabbed into the shadow-thing flat on the sand. That made it stop in a hurry. However, now he was decidedly annoyed. As he stood straight again, Xyro's hood fell back, revealing the youthful face of a red-eyed and dark-red haired young man. He looked at Lucian now, seeing the extent of the shadow-influence on him. He held up his free-hand towards Lucian now.

"This'll shut him up. My way will kill or cure, I guarantee it!"

He appeared to be charging up a some sort of crimson energy bolt, giving off a slight fake smile. Now, Xyro didn't have anything personal against the guy. He was just causing him an inconvenience by making his own shadow attack. That was annoying. It is a fact that he didn't pay Melenie any neverminds either, despite her shouts. That's why when the energy had welled up, Xyro didn't waste time. He fired a crimson beam at the Lucian's head.

[Riku]

As the newly made shadows where formed and Riku could see that they where once again trying to take the people out around him. Riku raised his head and head to look at Lucian. But to his side Riku see this new person that wasn’t there before. Taking in to account that he was now there “Who are you “he said with the fact that it didn’t seam like the person in black noticed his question…………..

A few more moments went by as the shadows got worst Riku got more and more jumpy .wounding if they where ever going to hit him. As Riku looked back over at the blackened out man that appeared outta nowhere he could see that he was starting to get aggravated at Lucian. Then Riku noticed his few hand rose up on its way towards Lucian.

Riku darted towards Lucian as a reddish bolt came from that darkened man. As Riku stood only a few feet from Lucian he took he key up in front of him and used his ability (shield of darkness) just as the bolt hit his shield and it was sent flying back towards the man in black. It sent Riku back only a few feet as it threw his hands apart. “Got it just in time” he thought to himself he drove his keyblade in to the ground in front of himself to stop.

Just as he slow down enough to stop he felt a bump on his back he had bumped in to Lucian. As he turned his head to the right to look back and down at Lucian. He could only manage to say one thing……………………………..” Lucian are you ok?”

Name of Ability: Shield of Darkness
Type of Ability: Neutral - Defensive
Description: By using their hand to control the area in which the wall covers the user can summon a wall of darkness to protect them from incoming attacks and enemies
Drawback: Can only be used 3 times a day, While using this ability the user may not make any attacks until this defensive move is over. They my still defend the areas that are not covered by the shield with any other power or with a weapon, but they may not attack.
Limit: Must be able to use darkness (be heartless, nobody, or have darkness control)

[Lucian]

Lucian didn’t even take notice to the new person that had appeared out of nowhere, his rage was still completely consuming him. Riku’s comment about getting “this” started only pissed him off more, so much so that Lucian yelled again “RAGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!” but with this yell, every shadow in the area rippled and became distorted. Making it look some of the shadows even broke or ripped apart. Lucian eyes now covered in shadow and jet black started to look like there were moving as well with little bits of shadow flowing out of the corner of his eyes. As moments kept going by the ball of shadow that seemed to be coming out of his chest kept getting bigger, very slowly, but bigger none the less, and it was about the size of a dodge ball by this point in time.

Melanie still half sitting, half laying there crying kept trying to reach out for Lucian. She couldn’t even look at him anymore, just the thought of seeing the shadows consume him in his rage made her die a little inside. She had spent so much of the last few years trying to drain the hatred from him, but as she sat there crying and dying inside she realized that she could never have drained this kind of hatred from him. She realized he was born hating the boy that he was meant to be reborn from… to hate Riku… She still loved him but this was killing her inside. Then as her arm was still outstretched towards Lucian, she could feel a slight touch on her hand, and as she looked up just enough to see what it was she saw that it was one of the tentacles from Lucian’s shadow and it wasn’t flailing or trying to attack her, but instead to reach out to touch her. As the tactical made contact with her had she was flooded with feelings of rage…. HIS rage…. But then she felt something else. Pain. She realized that even though his rage was what was showing and manifesting on the outside he was in a lot of pain deep down too, and that pain was just fueling his anger making it worse. Then for just a moment and very slightly she felt something else and with it she saw a flash of an image to go with it…. She saw an image of herself and felt love. She knew it was love, she knew this cause it felt just like the love she had for him, and in that moment realized that deep down, he still loved her, but the pain and even more so the anger was just too powerful and consuming. She then looked up at Lucian’s face on more time for just a second or two and she whispered “…..Lucian…. I love….you” As more tears rolled down her cheeks even harder now.

Moments later the new person that had just appeared held out his hand and from it shot a crimson bolt at Lucian. However, just as the attack was shot off, Riku jumped in between the attack and Lucian and threw out a wall of darkness to protect him. Then as the attack hit the wall it sent Riku sliding backwards and even though he stopped himself for the most part he still slide backwards into Lucian and then turned his head backwards over his shoulder and asked if Lucian was ok. At the moment Lucian snapped and his shadow erupted up from behind him in the form of one very large tentacle about six feet tall and about two and a half feet wide at its base. At this point the tentacle that had reached out to Melanie shot back into his shadow adding itself to the larger tentacle. The tentacle swung around Lucian hitting Riku and sending him flying. Lucian then yelled one more time "RRRAAAGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” as the ball at his chest grew in size drastically and almost instantaneously, it grew until it had consumed his whole upper body up to his neck, it then started to shrink just a little for just a moment and then it grew drastically and quickly again until it covered him completely and some of the surrounding area as well. Then after a few moments the ball instantly shrunk down to the size of a marble then disappeared and Lucian was gone. Then within the next few moments all the shadows effected by Lucian would become normal again.

Melanie just reached out one last time as the as the ball disappeared. Then when the ball had vanished and Lucian along with it Melanie just fell over, now laying on her side she started to ball up in the fetal position and cry even harder.

Name of Ability: Arm of the Darkness
Type of Ability: Neutral - Offensive
Description: The user can summon a tentical of darkness anywhere near the target and then make an attack with the tentical at the target. Equip more to be able to summon more arms at a time (Max of 3)
Drawback: Can only be used 3 times a day, While using this attack the user may not make any other attack until this attack is over. They my still defend with any other power or with a weapon, but they may not attack.
Limit: This Ability May ony be taken by Lucian and Riku (due to their natural ties do the darkness.)

Description: Using the Darkness the heartless and nobodies may travel between worlds at their wish. Using the ability to control darkness they may create a dark gateway in front of them, and pass through it. If you enter the gateway and cannot control darkness you will be attacked by nobodies and will not be able to find an exit unless one who can control darkness opens one for them.
Drawback: Must be able to control Darkness.
Limit: Must have Darkness control, this can be learned.

[Xyro]

No, of course he hadn't noticed anyone questioning him. At the time, he'd been either too busy delivering his monologue or preoccupied with another shadow-tendril. Honestly, those things were an annoyance. And they weren't even a match for him, just a rookie side-effect of some boy going thoroughly Heartless. Of course, said boy actually DID look sort of like the other one, and he was very possibly Riku, but that didn't seem to have any real bearing on the situation to Xyro. Not that and not the girl bawling her eyes out. Frankly, he was surprised she didn't do something cliche' like step into the beam or whatnot. Instead, Riku interfered, putting up a dark shield that made the beam fire back his way.

"Whoa!"

He managed to duck it, since the beam was sort of at head-height anyway. The hooded figure then straightened up, looking at his hand with some curiosity. He seemed kind of disappointed with his smoking hand right about now.

"Looks like I need to get this thing checked. Coulda' sworn I could blast through barriers before..."

He went off mumbling about that, not disconcerted in the slightest by what was going on nearby as Lucian began to go even madder than before. What he didn't know was that he was simply remembering wrong, because when he was once a whole being, he was much stronger. He only took more notice of Lucian when he suddenly realm traveled away, leaving no trace of himself behind. Xyro went up to the spot and poked the sand with his sword.

"Wow, that guy had it bad. Wonder who he was..."

"Nevermind that, for now... I smell young mortal flesh awaiting a good sundering. Why not remove the witnesses of today's darkness? It shall serve you well for later..."

Let us recall that there was still a sword made of blackened hell-steel in Xyro's right hand. And yes, it could speak, out loud. Its voice was like the deep and detached voice of any person's darker side, compelling him to do wicked acts. Of course, he didn't have an angelic sword to match it, but another demon sword he could whip out that this lot didn't even know about. Sort of a one-sided argument there.

"I dunno... They don't look that useful to me. In fact, usefulness is based on having a goal and I haven't thought one up yet. I'm not even hungry right now."

Really, the only people he had to worry about were the two time traveling heroes here, although he NOW had an interest in tracking the strange double, so maybe he should question them... Yes, that was it! He pointed his sword at Riku now, semi-threateningly, and spoke to him.

"You! Barrier-guy-I-should-know-the-name-of! Who was that person losing his heart? I might want to have a word with him..."

His memory was not perfect, and in a sudden act of inspiration, he forgot who Riku was entirely, because memory was something that Nobodies didn't have in proper most of the time, anyway. Xyro was not the kind of person to remember all of the details with great efficiency. He remembered all that was pertinent to HIM and the rest just might be lost in either absent-mindedness or just not caring.

"Okay what just happened?" Roen said as he watched Lucian use a portal to teleport away. Once Lucian was gone roen noticed another person was here. Wow I must not pay attention to details obviously. I mean another person showed up and I didn't even notice him.(Eh short post I know.)

[Riku]

Riku was thrown back not hurt but stuned by what just happen after saveing him he tried to hurt him. after getting back up and him be taken by the dakness then then turned his sights to the man in black clock Riku stood up and look at this man "why did you take a shot at him?" he asked this man wating for him to anwser the question he looked back at Roen " who are you as well" he said takeing the keyblade that was pointed at the clocked man to roen. not takeing his eyes off of the clocked man long he once again pointed his keyblade back at the clocked man then put his off hand and summoned his trinity reverse blade to his other hand faceing it to Reon waiting for them to respon or strike...........

"Roen Silvera. I'm half nobody and half human, nice to meet you. Also I've been here for a while but no one seems to of noticed me." Roen said before he realized the Riku was pointing his blade at him. "Okay now that we have formalities out of the way could you put that thing down? I was just asking what was going on not for a fight." Just as he said this his eyes flashed crimson red and his hair turns blonde. "That happens every now and again pay no mind to it." Roen said once that happened.

[Xyro]

Well, this was completely predictable. You would think that people would show a little more gratitude for his attempt to end the situation. After all, who wants tendril crawling up their leg? Oh, we all know that there are people who write about that sort of thing, but seriously... Shadow-tendril forced-entry into what-have-you? Not funny in the slightest. In Xyro's mind, it was not only the best course of action, but totally necessary.

Not everyone saw it that way.

"Why did you take a shot at him?"

There was a boy pointing a Keyblade at him. This boy was most likely Riku, since he had been spazzed at by a guy that looked like him. We've established this. This fact is being repeated because of the blunt impact it was having in Xyro's mind. Sort of like...

There's a boy POINTING a Keyblade at me!!

He'd had the time to learn what those are from his observations and eavesdropping. What shouted in his mind was that this was unacceptable, straight from the core of his being. As soon as Riku pointed that at him, there was glowing-red eyes in the darkness of that hood. The grip tightened on the scimitar he was holding, which had plumes of horrid smoke coming off of it. However, after Roen mentioned himself, he decided not to attack.

Yet.

Instead, the cloaked youth decided to see if the human's temper flared up faster than the false one that he didn't really have. Xyro gave off a big shrug, and then said, nonchalantly...

"Why do you think I shot at him? He was attacking. Maybe you should use your head for more than sneering."

He was making knock-knock gestures on his own head as a means of instigation. He wanted him angry. Riku would make mistakes that way. Well...more mistakes. The first one was not answering him, and the second was threatening him...when HE is the one here to make the threats.

[Riku]

As Riku stood there a keyblade in his left hand facing it at Xyro. In the other was his trinity reverse blade he normally kept on his back under his jacket but now facing it at Roen . After posing the question to Roen and hearing his response he looked back and smiled. As he took his blade and moved it from Roen to Xyro as he waited for Xyro to make his move. As he waited for the man to strike he seen Xyro lift his arm up and made a knocking movement on his head. Riku see this and made the comment ”what’s wrong? Sounds kind of hollow in there” he spoke out as he gained a smirk on his face. As he placed his keyblade and blade over each other crossing his arms over each other at his wrist resting them on each other. Before he would let Xyro answer he look Xyro in the eyes and opened his hands dropping the keyblade and his blade hit the ground. The keyblade vanished about a foot after leaving his left hand but the other blade stuck at a 75 degree angle in the sand. Now with a new train of thought he now needs questions to be answered he thought as he walked away from Xyro.

A few moments later he stood in front of this girl who laid on the ground in a fetal ball crying. Riku thought to him self ”damn I don’t think I can get anything from her yet” he then bent down and put his arms around the back of her head and under her legs. Picking her up as stood back up and looks out and makes a realm portal and with the girl in his arms walked thru it.
