Due to the overload of people making keyblades, requirements will soon be made in order to make them. As of now, unless you have a canon character who had a keyblade in the series (Riku, Sora, Roxas, and King Mickey. Possibly Kairi if you want) you will not be allowed to make a custom keyblade until more requirements are made.
