Alright, I want to simplify this site a bit. So i am going to be removing a few things dealing with customs. The ranks are going to be going away from all abilities, and the ability system will be changed around a bit.
A few rules about Canon Characters will be put into place here shortly.
Eventually, if this site continues to die, it may go into Maintenence mode so that way EVERYTHING can be changed around. But I am not promising it will happen.
The topic descriptions code has been removed. It seemed to be too much of a hastle.
Further changes may be added to this list in the future.
